NWIC is an accredited four-year college that also offers 2 year Associate degrees, through the Northwest Commission of Colleges and Universities.

The goal of the Athletic Department is to give student athletes the opportunity to compete in intercollegiate athletics. Affiliated sports are offered based on student interest, facility availability, community support and fiscal resources, as well as educational, physical, social and emotional value.
Students have the opportunity to participate in women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, and co-ed softball. Other sports are available depending upon student interest, including cross country, canoeing and tennis.
And many more to come!
