FORREST “DUTCH” AND FLORENCE KINLEY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

This merit-based scholarship is intended to support the higher education goals of Native American students who are members of Federally Recognized Tribes in Western Washington and recent high school graduates (within the last five years).  This scholarship was established in 1985 as a living memorial to Forrest “Dutch” Kinley in recognition of his leadership among the Lummi and the Northwest Indian peoples.
