Planned Giving
There are several ways to support the Northwest Indian College Foundation.
Planned giving is an option that gives donors flexibility and unique options such as gifts of real estate, assets and/or retirement assets, stocks and bonds, life insurance, charitable trusts, and bequests. With careful planning, consultation with your agents and/or attorney and our qualified staff, please consider one of these generous options to show your support.
Gifts of Real Estate
Donating appreciated real estate, such as a home, vacation property, undeveloped land, farmland, timberland, ranch or commercial property can make a great gift to the Northwest Indian College Foundation while providing the donor with a tax deduction and possibly estate tax savings.
